This Holiday cottage, located on a 3.5-hectare estate close to the owner's house, sleeps up to 8 people in a serene, leafy setting. Each room is equipped with reversible air-conditioning, guaranteeing optimum comfort in all seasons. On the first floor, there's a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and a private shower room with WC. The living area comprises a bright living room with open-plan kitchen, separated by a small interior staircase. An independent toilet is also located in the laundry room, next to the kitchen. The kitchen gives direct access to an outdoor terrace, oriented to preserve the occupants' privacy. On the first floor, the Holiday cottage has three bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed and private shower room with WC, one with a 140 cm double bed, and one with two 90 cm beds.
