Private courtyard and enclosed garden, table tennis, covered play area for children, bikes (2 for adults, 1 for a child). Kitchen linen and sheets are included, beds are made ready for your arrival. Heating is not included, to be paid according to consumption. Pineau and Cognac from the farm sold on the spot. This former farm house has been renovated into a comfortable holiday house that retains the charm of the old stone walls and is accessible to wheelchairs. It is located on a wine-growing farm and enjoys enclosed private garden and courtyard.
