The vast living room, with a wood-burning stove, contains the kitchen, dining room and lounge. Storage room, a double room with a playroom for children on the mezzanine, a triple room with double bed + single bed, a shower room, toilets. Private courtyard and enclosed garden, table tennis, covered play area for children, bikes (2 for adults, 1 for a child). Kitchen linen and sheets are included, beds are made ready for your arrival. Heating is not included, to be paid according to consumption. Pineau and Cognac from the farm sold on the spot. This former farm house has been renovated into a comfortable holiday house that retains the charm of the old stone walls and is accessible to wheelchairs. It is located on a wine-growing farm and enjoys enclosed private garden and courtyard.

5/5Premier séjour en gîte et franchement très bien tombé. Excellent accueil avec de très bonnes prestations. Petit plus avec la mezzanine aménagée pour les enfants. Le calme au milieu des vignes . A recommandé.

5/5Quand on se sent bien quelque part, on y revient. C'est notre 2ème séjour dans ce gîte mais à une autre saison.
Nous y avons de nouveau apprécié sa propreté, son confort, son organisation, son espace, ses équipements , sa situation au calme, sa table de ping-pong et la liaison Internet laquelle fonctionne très bien et rapidement.
La localisation du gîte est parfaite pour visiter les sites incontournables de la Charente ou pour randonner à proximité immédiate, dans les vignobles ; patrimoine rural très riche (églises, lavoirs, fontaines, abbaye de St Amant de Boixe, etc.).
Un accueil chaleureux et très sympathique, agrémenté de bonnes bouteilles du terroir (productions du caveau) nous a été réservé par les propriétaires . Par ailleurs, ils se sont adaptés à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ.
