Gîte with independent entrance, adjoining the owners' house. On the ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen and lounge area. Access via a miller's ladder to the bedroom with 140 cm bed, open bathroom, and toilet. Low beam at the top of the stairs. Private terrace.
Washing machine shared with the other gîte, in an annex building.
To share with another gîte and the owners: enclosed garden of 4000 m² with swimming pool (9x4 m., open from June 1 to September 30) and covered terrace with relaxation lounge.
Internet via CPL socket. In a peaceful hamlet in the South Charente, in the heart of a flowery and shady environment, this small country house has been completely renovated. Swimming pool on site with lovely open views over the rolling countryside.

5/5Un accueil très chaleureux. Les propriétaires font tous les efforts nécessaires pour que le séjour se passe bien. Le calme et la tranquillité étaient au cœur de nos attentes pour ces vacances. Nous avons été récompensés au delà de nos espérances...ce gîte est particulièrement recommandé pour ceux à la recherche d'un moment particulièrement agréable sans prise de tête...félicitations aux propriétaires !

Piscine de bonnes dimensions très appréciée aux vues des chaleurs pendant notre séjour.
