Le Prieuré

For family holidays, this cottage is ideally located 100 meters from the bathing area on the Charente (swimming, games for children, canoe base, fishing...).

Ground floor : open plan living room/kitchen area, a bedroom with 2 double beds, a shower room, separate toilets. First floor : a bedroom with double bed + single bed, separate toilets. A cot and a high chair are available. Heating is not included, to be paid on departure according to consumption. Small private enclosed courtyard (no direct view), with lawn and garden furniture. The river is at a short walking distance, with a swimming area, canoeing, children games, picnic area and angling spots. This holiday house is located in a village close to the river and the swimming area, and at a 15 minutes drive from Angoulême.
