One-storey gîte, accessible to all, in a fully renovated Charentais house with its own wooded garden. Adjoining two other gîtes, with independent access and terrace.
Entrance hall, living room with kitchen, lounge and dining room, utility room, bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, shower room, wc. Kitchen linen, towels and sheets provided, beds made up on arrival. WIFI Internet access. Dishwasher 6 place settings. Private 30 m² terrace, in an enclosed complex with shared garden.
To be shared with two other gîtes: covered, heated swimming pool (open from April 1 to October 30), with balneotherapy and counter-current swimming, pool house with changing room, WC, sauna and gym. 2 Matrix bikes, 1 children's bike, 1 Matrix treadmill and 1 Matrix elyptic).
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub, potty, changing mat.
Tourisme et Handicap (motor, mental, visual, hearing), and 2000 m² garden.

Magnifique endroit au calme
5/53 semaines dans ce bel espace vert ou l'on entend que que les oiseaux et les insectes volés. La piscine est vraiment un plus et tous les jours nous avons pu l'utiliser un bien fou pour le corps et l'esprit. Une terrasse ombragée avec une pergola, des chaises longues et un espace pour déjeuner et diner.
Le charme de l'intérieur est vraiment cocooning et nos hôtes charmants.
Je recommande à 100 %.

Très beau gîte.
5/5Excellent séjour dans un gîte très confortable. Tout est à disposition, piscine sécurisée (à remous), sauna, salle de sport, jardin anglais très bien entretenu. Propreté du gîte sans reproche. Bravo.
