300m² landscaped enclosed courtyard, 36m² private terrace with shade and flowers, heated above-ground Zodiac-style swimming pool (6.3m diameter, 1.10m deep) open from 15/06 to 15/09 from 11am and shared with the owners. Barbecue, 2 bicycles and a boules pitch to share with the owners.
