On the ground floor: living room, kitchen, linen room, wc, one bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with shower room and wc. Upstairs: a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom, wc. Sheets and towels included, beds made on arrival.
Wood provided for the fireplace (1 stere), 80€ for the following steres. Internet access (WIFI), ping-pong table.
Private area with 250 m² garden, 16 m² terrace and 65 m² courtyard. To be shared with another gîte and the owners: Large wooded garden of 1500 m², fenced swimming pool 12x6 m, open from June 1 to September 30. Bicycles, gantry. Discovery tours.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat, bath, potty.
Non-smoking cottage. Carport. Charming gite in a 16th century house on a property with large wooded garden and shared swimming pool.

Excellent séjour
5/5Belle demeure ancienne avec de beaux volumes et tout le confort moderne.
Accueil très sympathique et conseils en matière de tourisme et de gastronomie excellents.
Très bien situé en campagne (excellente boulangerie et très bon restaurant à Champniers) mais non loin de la ville et d'une zone commerciale facile d'accès. Angoulême tout proche offre une multitude d'activités et de sites touristiques exceptionnels ; sans oublier bien sûr les Pineau et cognac.

Excellent getaway
4/5This lovely spacious gite, nestled in a beautiful part of Charente is a great option for a family holiday or even for a group of friends. The place is spotless and the owner is friendly, helpful and mindful of your space. We had an excellent holiday here. Point of caution, the pool isn't heated very much so it can feel quite cold sometimes. Overall I would highly recommend.

Agréable séjour
5/5Propriétaire très accueillante. Le gite était propre, linge de toilettes à disposition. Seul petit bémol le canapé ou les coussins ne tenaient pas et pas trop propres .la piscine parfaite .par contre la région n est pas trop touristique

4/5Dans un cadre bucolique idéal, le gîte propose calme et confort à une encablure d'Angoulême. Bâtie par l'ordre du Temple, cette bâtisse offre un clin d'œil historique indéniable. La discrétion toute professionnelle de la propriétaire est appréciable.
