Ground floor: entrance to living room with sitting area, fitted kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and WC. One of the bedrooms has 1 bed 160x200 and the other has 2 beds 90x190.

To be shared with 3 other gîtes: 18-hectare estate, 12x6m fenced swimming pool open from 01/06 to 15/09, 9am to 8pm (depth 1.20 to 2.60 m), volleyball court. Possibility of access to the château's living rooms for receptions (on request).
