Ground floor : living-room with open kitchen, toilets. First floor : a double room, a twin rom, a shower room. Small private enclosed courtyard with plants and garden furniture. 2 km from the gite, private grounds along the Charente (angling, picnic...), to share with the other gite. 4 bikes at your disposal (including one with a baby seat). To rent : sheets and towels on previous request. Daily cleaning on request. Heating is not included, to be paid on departure, according to consumption. Tourism & Handicap label for behaviour, visual and hearing disabilities. This semi-detached typical house is adjoining another gite in a village of the Charente valley.

5/5Au top! Accueil formidable de Jean-Pierre le papa du propriétaire avec en prime un super cadeau de bienvenue. Gîte au calme, très propre, très bien équipé, literie excellente: rien de manque juste peut-être une clim qui pourrait être utile pendant les grosses chaleurs. Après, nous avons demandé un deuxième ventilateur le soir et le lendemain matin, nous l'avions. je recommande vivement ce gîte.

Heller Stein
3/5Sehr freundlicher Empfang in kleinem Gite aus dem typischen hellen Stein des Ruffecois. Fahrräder zur Benutzung vorhanden und die Möglichkeit, Stunden am Ufer der Charente in der Nähe zu verträumen. Leider baut der Eigentümer direkt gegenüber weitere Gebäude zu Gites um und der Lärm von Kreissäge und Betonmischer uä und Staub schon am frühen Morgen und über weite Teile des Tages waren schon sehr störend. Deshalb Bewertung für Komfort nur 3 Punkte.

Ich danke Ihnen für Ihre Bewertung und freue mich, dass Ihnen das Ferienhaus und die Charente so gut gefallen haben. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass die Arbeiten so lästig waren. Ich hatte die Dinge mit dem Unternehmen so organisiert, dass keine schweren Arbeiten durchgeführt werden mussten, während das Ferienhaus bewohnt war, aber leider hat das Unternehmen meine Empfehlungen nicht befolgt, was mir sehr leid tut.
