They have completely restored this cottage which offers a bright living room with beautiful volumes. The bedroom on the ground floor has an adjoining space serving as a games room or office, ideal for teleworking. Le Mêle sur Sarthe leisure center 15 km away (supervised swimming, pedal boats, mini-golf, etc.) and fishing ponds (La Herse, Pervenchères) less than 10 km away.
