Half a level higher (2 steps): a summer lounge with garden furniture, sports equipment (elliptical and weight bench). On the 1st floor: two bedrooms for 2 people (140x200 beds), two shower rooms with WC, one bedroom for 2 people (2 80x190 beds) with desk and bathroom. Outbuilding with washing machine and dryer. Garden with table, chairs and parasol, 2 deckchairs, barbecue. Broadband fiber internet. THE PRICE INCLUDES ALL SERVICES: CLEANING, SHEETS, TOWELS, HEATING. The gîte is located near the owners' house, who are away from mid-April to the end of October. Real panoramic Finnish sauna, private to the gîte, bathrobe included. The Au Fil de l'Eau gîte deserves its name well since the Œuvre stream flows below! This old half-timbered barn typical of the Pays d'Auge has been renovated and decorated by the hands of masters. You will particularly appreciate the large summer lounge under which the stream passes with its view of the meadows and their cows. Nestled in a calm and green landscape, you will spend peaceful holidays in this cottage which combines authenticity and modern equipment. Spacious, Le Fil de l'Eau is also practical with a bathroom per bedroom or its beautiful kitchen open to the living room.
