On the banks of the Loire, this 6-person gîte is accessible to people with reduced mobility (part on the ground floor) and is ideally placed for discovering the vineyard. Shared courtyard with another gîte for 4 people. Interior renovated with an integrated and equipped kitchen open to the living room with pellet stove, living room with very large screen TV, DVD player and wifi; a spacious bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and its bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and its dressing room; 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed enjoying a very pretty view of the Loire and the vineyards; 1 separate toilet with hand basin and a bathroom with a large shower. Close to the village's shops, close to La Charité sur Loire and Sancerre. Provision of bicycles for adults and children for rides along the Loire.

5/5location was ideal for a wine producing area the Gite was spacious and well presented though the layout of the kitchen was poor, though neither of us is disabled it looks well equipped for a disabled person to stay, one of our best experiences was a wine tasting at the local tourist office which was great fun and value for money, though there is no garden the Loire is a short walk away, overall we enjoyed our stay here.
