Le Capulet gite is an independent house near the owners' home, in the heart of a 5000 m2 park with a view of the Pyrenees.
Unheated swimming pool for the exclusive use of the occupants of the gîte, salt treatment, secured by a curtain. Size 5 m x 10 m Depth from 1 m to 2.20 m.
Vegetable garden. Gym (weight machine). 1 car garage. Parking secured by remote control gate.
Very quiet area, 1.5 km from the village. Arzacq all amenities 6 km. Hagetmau 15 km.
Ground floor (unheated): summer kitchen to enjoy outdoor meals on the terrace, plancha, table football + extra WC.
Internal staircase leads to your accommodation which occupies the entire floor.
Large living room under beautiful height of paneled ceiling, with bay window, air-conditioned:

The swimming pool has been laid out opposite the owners' house, but they do not use it and give you free access.
