Day room with living room, kitchen and dining area opening onto the terrace and the private shaded garden (garden furniture, barbecue), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (wc) Numerous storage spaces in each room. Private closed parking. Within 300 m, all shops and services. Nearby walking and cycling paths, water park, sailing school etc.....and of course possible naps in the shady garden. Possibility to rent sheets, towels, toilets... contact : contact@lintendance.fr.
Another gîte on the 1st floor. In case of simultaneous renting of the two apartments under the same name, reduction of 100 euros in high season and 70 euros in mid season on the total amount of the 2 rentals.

5/5Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à St Cyprien ! Le logement est bien agencé, bien aménagé (il ne manque rien!) , confortable. Nous allions à la plage, au port (avec toutes les animations) et au marché à pied, la maison est très bien située et au aussi au calme, avec un espace ombragé bien venu.
