In southern Morbihan, come and discover or rediscover the treasures of our beautiful department! Ideally located in Surzur, and at the entrance to the Presqu'ile de Rhuys, the cottage is the ideal starting point for your day trips. Within a radius of 20 kilometers, you will be able to discover some of the essential sites of South Brittany: the beautiful beaches of Damgan, the Gulf of Morbihan with its coves and its islands, the Château de Suscinio in Sarzeau, Vannes with its port, its ramparts and its historic city center, the Parc de Branféré and its parcabout. A little further, on the Presqu'ile de Rhuys you can indulge in horse riding, tree climbing, golf, thalassotherapy, and why not embark on a day in Belle-Ile! The cottage is a 38m² studio located in the peace of a green countryside and only 5kms from the shops. Arranged on one level, it consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining area and lounge area, and an open bedroom with 1 double bed. You will also have a toilet giving access to the shower room. Outside: a gravelled terrace and a private parking space. To facilitate your stay, the cottage is in an all-inclusive formula (sheets, towels, table linen and charges included!). Gite adjoining the owners' house and another rental. The owners give you access to their garden. On request and at an additional cost, for a relaxing break: relaxation and beauty treatments on site. Optional: breakfast basket at 10 € per person
