For 500 years, this tower mill has watched over its rocky site, rich in history: on the edge of the GR3 and cycle paths, high up in the vineyards overlooking the Loire and the village. This unique site offers panoramic views over the vineyards and the UNESCO Loire Valley. Ideally located, there's plenty to do nearby: walking or cycling along the Loire à vélo route, hiking along the GR3, canoeing/kayaking, hot-air ballooning, visiting the charming villages along the river (Rochefort-sur-Loire, Montjean-sur-Loire, Chalonnes-sur-Loire...). Angers, its Terra Botanica plant park and historic city center are just 20 minutes away. Tour du Moulin (3 épis): 2-person studio, 30m² shared over 4 levels. First floor: fully-equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 cm X 200 cm bed, a bathroom with shower. On the top floor, a private living room with an exceptional 360° view. Private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. Maison maître (2 épis): one bedroom with double bed 160 cm X 200 cm with private entrance and shower room. A family room attic, also with private entrance, comprising two bedrooms (the first with a double bed 160 cm X 200 cm and the second with two single beds 90 cm X 200 cm). Both rooms have en-suite facilities (WC and shower room). The two bedrooms share a lounge with a bar and a fully-equipped kitchen. Continental breakfasts are served in this room, with tea, herbal tea, coffee, pastries, fresh bread, yoghurt, muesli and homemade jams. A flower-bedecked terrace and a relaxing lounge are ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet of sunny days. The owners will be delighted to advise you on the best places to eat and shop in the area.
