La Perle des Marais is a pretty renovated thatched cottage, adjoining another thatched cottage, located in the village (shops and restaurants 200 m away), in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 9 km from Guérande and 10 km from the beaches.
Enclosed 250 m² garden with south/east-facing terraces and ping-pong table.
Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove, separate open-plan fitted kitchen (Nespresso machine), shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite bathroom (1: 90x200 bed, 2: 160x200 bed, 3: 160x200 bed).
Additional equipment: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, radio/CD, baby cot/high chair/changing mat.
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels and wood.
Not included: tourist tax.

5/5Très belle maison, agréable, fonctionnelle. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les soirées devant la cheminée, les nombreuses visites et ballades à Piriac (super), Guérande, La Turballe...
Eviter Le Croisic le week-end (beaucoup de monde), Mais la côte vaut la Bretagne ; mais pardon, c'est la Bretagne !
