Renovated old fisherman's cottage, semi-detached, located in quiet hamlet, 2 km from beaches, 5 km from Guérande and 10 km from La Baule. Enclosed outdoor space of 60 m² with terrace (south-east). Adjoining outbuilding with bike room and washing machine.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet (accessible via 2 steps).
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190).
Additional equipment: complete baby equipment.
Included: bed linen (beds made up), towels (bath mat, small towels, hand towels).
Not included: cleaning (€65 flat rate - compulsory for business customers).
Heating: electricity flat rate of 15 kWh/day, additional charges according to EDF rates in force on the effective date of stay.
No wifi: 4G network. Parking in the village in the immediate vicinity.
Stays of 4 nights or more, arrival on any day (except school vacations, July-August).
