In addition to the diverse territory of your property, you'll be staying in a typical Solognote farmhouse with a capacity of 10 beds, built using local materials, particularly clay bricks. Entirely renovated and combining old-world charm with modern comforts, your rental is divided as follows: GROUND FLOOR: A beautiful entrance hall with a checkroom leading to a shower room (shower, washbasin) and separate WC. A large living room (55m²) divided between a lounge comfortably furnished around the fireplace and a dining area. A fully-equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge...), and an adjoining storeroom (fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer). Bedroom n°1 (1 bed 140x190) on the first floor, extended by a storage area with wardrobe. UPSTAIRS (steep staircase): Bedroom n°2 divided into two communicating rooms separated by a curtain (1st room with 1 bed 140x90 + 1 extra bed 70; 2nd room with 1 bed 140x190 + 1 bed 90x190). Bedroom n°3 (1 bed 140x190 + 1 bed 90x190). Finally, a shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). OUTSIDE : Barbecue & Plancha. Terrace with garden furniture for sunny days. Departmental road close to gite.

In the old outbuildings you'll appreciate the barns, the two horse boxes...

From your vacation spot, you'll have direct access to the first small ornamental lake, where you can enjoy the impromptu concerts of the local endemic fauna.

From there, you're on your way to a little piece of Sologne!

Heathland, wooded areas, a few plains and meadows, a first small pond of around 5,000 m², then the one dedicated to fishing, a water surface of around 1.7 hectares.

Whatever activity you choose on this land, you'll be dazzled by its concentrated nature, which we strive to fully respect through the options we offer: hunting, but only with a bow and arrow, with a concept that guarantees the presence of game in the face of the demands of its exercise; fishing, but only with no kill, and horse riding with horse boarding (two boxes) or walking...

Rates include heating, bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, cleaning included. 50€ deposit for animals.
