The gîte, with an area of 56 m², is on one level with only two steps and is on the ground floor of the owners' house.

Ground floor: 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds. TV in each bedroom. Functional kitchen-dining room (mini-oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine). Bathroom (bathtub with shower curtain), WC.
No lounge area.

Access to the gite by a narrow lane. You will be able to take advantage of an enclosed flowery courtyard reserved exclusively for your use. From the terrace, you can admire a beautiful view of the city and relax on the garden furniture or have a barbecue. A parking space for a standard vehicle is reserved in front of the entrance to the gîte.

Household linen, sheets provided free of charge and installed on arrival, towels on request. All charges included (electric heating). Free internet connection.
