Single-storey gite-studio (34m²) with a private entrance, in a property made up of 3 gites (n° 180 and 159) and the owner's carpentry workshop.
Entrance into the living room with sofa bed, 110cm flat screen TV. 2 single beds 90*200 that can be put together.
Open fitted kitchen with bar table and stools (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine), bathroom with walk-in shower 80*80cm and Wc.
Parking in the closed courtyard and shared with the owners.
WIFI connection. Sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival. Cot on request.
