52 m² gîte adjoining gîtes N°114 and 122, furnished in a contemporary style. First floor: separate entrance, living room with sofa and 70cm TV, open-plan kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, multi-function oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. A 90x190cm sofa bed is also available in the living room.

The bathroom has a corner shower and WC. Upstairs, a landing bedroom with a 90x200cm bed and a bedroom with two 90x200cm beds. WIFI connection (fiber).

Free parking in the street in front of the gîte, although there is no outside space. The chateau park is within easy walking distance.
