L'epte

The 56 m² gite is adjoining Gite N°82 (for 3 people) and communicates with it through an insulated interior door (if you rent both gites). You will access it independently by a few external steps.

On the ground floor: entrance to living room / open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, multi-function oven, microwave, fridge freezer), 1 sofa bed and 2 armchairs. 1 separate WC.
1 bedroom (1 bed 160*200 separable into 2 beds 80*200), Shower room (shower, washing machine).

On the mezzanine (very attic) open to the living room: 1 bed 90*190.
Parking and open garden on the property with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
