Courtyard with parking, private rear garden with furniture and barbecue. Gîte adjoining a private property.
IMPORTANT: noisy festive events are not permitted in this gîte.
Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans).
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. 1 shower room/WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. 1 shower room/WC.
Well-decorated, very pleasant gîte.
- Included in price: WIFI. Cot and high chair.
- Additional charge: Oil-fired heating (€10/day). Tourist tax
- Optional services: bed linen (8 €/bed) and towels (5 €/person). Cleaning package (80 €). Pets may be accepted in certain cases by agreement with the owners.

Easter holiday
4/5We had a three generation family holiday in Les Allouettes; a gite in a very rural location ideally situated midway between EuroDisney and Parc Asterix!
The house is spacious and comfortable and whilst we were there the birdsong was delightful.

5/5Séjour familial (petits grands jeunes et anciens) excellent. Super accueil de la propriétaire, très disponible et aux petits soins.
2 petites remarques qui peuvent avoir leur importance :
- connexion internet (et réseau téléphonique mobile selon l'opérateur) nulle si besoin télétravail ou autre.

C'est très appréciable de savoir que votre séjour familial dans mon gîte vous a satisfait. J'ai bien pris en compte votre remarque concernant les oreillers, le nécessaire va être fait. En ce qui concerne la connexion internet malheureusement je dois subir la lenteur du réseau et la connexion difficile et j'espère que cela va s'améliorer rapidement comme il nous l'a été annoncé. Je vous souhaite une bel été!

Fantastic stay
5/5Wonderful stay in this location. Visited Paris, Disneyland Paris, Meaux and Chantilly.
Gite suited us well and it was a great introduction to France and the region for our 4 children.
