Access by common private car park with automatic gate. Small unfenced private garden with garden furniture and barbecue and enclosure with 2 adorable goats.

NON SMOKING GITE - Access to the house by 3 steps. Dining kitchen with wood stove (mini-oven, microwave, 1 hotplate). A bedroom with a 160 bed (possibility of separating them into 2 x 80) and TV. Shower room and separate WC adjoining the bedroom.

- Included in the price: sheets and towels. WIRELESS. Mini washing machine.

- In addition: electric heating and wood stove. Tourist tax (5%/night/adult/contract). Deposit €300 (including €50 for the loan of the gate beep).

- Optional services: Cleaning charge €50. Animals on request (see with the owner). Bicycle rental possible (€10/day to be paid on site to the owner).
