Clos des Lilas" is a charming communal gîte in the village of Maincy, famous for its magnificent Château de Vaux le Vicomte, ideally located 48 km from Disneyland Paris, 21 km from Château de Fontainebleau and 10 km from Château de Blandy les Tours. It's an independent gîte, with enclosed grounds comprising a large courtyard at the front and a lovely terrace at the back with garden furniture and barbecue.
Non-smoking gîte
The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a large, fully-equipped 25m² open-plan kitchen; a vast 25m² living room with sofa, armchairs, bookcase and TV; a bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, accessible to PRM, with its own shower room and WC, and a separate WC.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190); two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90x190), 2 shower rooms and 2 separate WCs.

- Bed linen and cleaning included. Cot and high chair available on request.

- Additional charges: electric heating (according to meter reading) - tourist tax.

- Optional services: Linen hire (€4/person) to be paid to the reservations department before your stay if you wish.

DEPOSIT : amount 1000 €. Cheque payable to "Net Propreté" (or cash) to be handed in on arrival.
