Ground floor: fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine) opening onto living room (wood-burning stove), 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (double bed), shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC. 1st floor: lounge on landing, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds) (queen-size bed OR two 80cm wide beds) (2 single beds), bathroom, separate WC. Gas central heating (extra charge). Garden (250 sq.m.). Enclosed parking under porch (2 cars). Only 1 pet allowed on request (surcharge: 5€/day). Mr Mortagne can take you on guided walks. Children's play area 50m away.
