Outside the village, near a river and a small municipal road. Old mill from 1634. Unfenced land of 300m². Table tennis, table football.
Ground floor: living room (80 cm flat screen TV), library, lounge with fireplace with insert, equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, oven, microwave), no freezer, bathroom, separate WC.
First floor (access by miller's staircase): 3 bedrooms with 3 140x190 beds. Baby equipment (bed and high chair, bathtub).
Charges included: heating, electricity, sheets, cleaning, Wifi connection
bathroom linen on request. Wood for fireplace extra (€50 per stere). Audincth, a small village located between the Lys Valley and the Aa Valley, you can relax there in the peace and quiet of the countryside.
Fauquembergues 4 km, Montreuil sur Mer 30 km, the Marais Audomarois and the Coupole d'Helfaut 25 km, Nausicaa in Boulogne sur Mer less than 45 km. Without forgetting Le Touquet at 50 km, Arras and also the Louvre Lens at 70 km. And for a family outing Dennlys Park 2.5 km away. Fruges 7 km.

Impeccable
4/5Le gite est situé dans une zone très tranquille (on est entouré de champs, seule une petite route passe a coté mais le trafic est quasi nul), il propose 3 chambres avec a peu près tous les équipements et prestations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour.
Attention à l'escalier type meunier qui pourrait ne pas convenir aux jeunes enfants ou personnes ayant des difficultés a monter/descendre (les chambres sont toutes à l'étage).
L'accueil est top, comme dans toute la région du Pas-De-Calais

Belle découverte dans le Pas de Calais
5/5Très belle région à découvrir, Cap gris nez, blanc nez, Montreuil sur mer....belle randonnées au départ du gite. Nous avons utilisé la cheminée, l'ambiance est de suite très agréable et conviviale. Belle pièce à vivre, échelle de meunier pour accéder aux 3 chambres spacieuse.

Très heureux de vous avoir revus, un peu court. C'était une belle course ! les pilotes n'ont quand mème pas froid au yeux. Dommage que vous n'ayez pas pu participer, ce sera pour l'an prochain. Nous vous souhaitons plein de bonnes choses a vous trois ainsi qu à vos familles respectives.
