a fantastic holiday gite
5/5the gite was absolutely beautifully set out, the entrance is private and all the decoration is top quality and very tastefully put together. The host gave us a really warm welcome and has a very friendly personality. She maintains a very high standard of cleanliness and was available if we were to need anything or any information as to places of interest. It had everything you could wish for and all so clean and tidy. We have stayed in gites and holiday cottages many, many times before but this one was truly above the rest. We would recommend it and have already done so to friends and we will be going again with family with the hope of taking all 3 of the gites on offer! Would give 10 * if you had more than 5* on offer.

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Willerval. Le gîte est vraiment agréable, bien tenu et très bien équipé. Émilie est une hôtesse prévenante, disponible et de très bon conseil s’agissant des sorties à faire dans les environs. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Un super séjour à la campagne
5/5Émilie est une personne très attentive qui sera être présente. Tout le nécessaire pour bébé nous a été fourni ce qui est réel confort.
L’emplacement et le gîte sont très agréables à vivre.
Vous trouverez toutes les commodités nécessaire à moins de 15mn en voiture
Bref nous y reviendrons avec plaisir dès que nous le pourrons.

A ne pas faire l'hiver
1/5J'ai été déçu du gîte malgré les nombreux commentaires élogieux. En effet, le gîte était très froid en plein février, je n'ai même pas osé retirer ma veste pendant l'état des lieux. D'autre part, il est important de noter que ce sont des radiateurs électriques et que seulement 8kwh de consommation électrique sont compris dans le prix de la location. Aussi, en plus de la consommation des radiateurs, il faut aussi ajouter la consommation du cumulus (chauffe eau) qui est lui aussi électrique. Autant dire qu'il est inévitable d'exploser la consommation électrique par période de grand froid dans cet ancien corps de ferme.
Outre l'aspect glaciale, j'ai aussi senti une certaine odeur de vétusté en entrant dans les lieux qui ne m'a pas laissé un bon souvenir.
Nous avons décidé de ne pas loger dans le gîte au regard de ces conditions et avons opté pour une solution de remplacement.
L'accueil était correct, mais impossible d'arriver à 20h : c'est 19h le dernier délais.
Dans tous les cas, je ne recommanderai pas ce gîte.

Nous avons pris cas de vos commentaires. Nous aurions préféré que vous nous disiez toutes ces remarques, soit de vive voix, au moment de votre arrivée ou, lors de notre appel auquel vous n'avez pas répondu.
Pour les charges d'électricité à régler en supplément, elles sont précisées sur le contrat que vous avez signé. C'est pour cela que nous restons très raisonnables dans nos prix de location. Pour les horaires d'arrivée, il est bien noté : « arrivée entre 16h et 19h », mais peuvent être revues au cas par cas dans la limite du raisonnable. Désolés que notre gîte ne vous ai pas plu.
