With independent access, the 71 m² two-storey gîte (two bedrooms upstairs) retains a gentle warmth thanks to its double-glazed windows and shutters. In addition to its private lawn and terrace, the gîte also benefits from the installation of a boulodrome and swing for the benefit of the two pre-existing gîtes on the same site.
