Isabelle will be delighted to welcome you to her guest house "La Coticia" in a charming village on the edge of the Scarpe-Escaut regional nature park. Ideally located equidistant between Lille, Valenciennes and Douai, and just 30 minutes from Tournai in Belgium, this guest house offers a peaceful rural setting with all amenities just 200 meters away.

Opposite the house is the 16 km Coutiches chapels circuit, which can be explored on foot or by bike. The region abounds in leisure and wellness facilities and a rich and varied heritage.
The village of Coutiches, near Orchies, 3 minutes from the Lille-Valenciennes freeway exit (A23). Its assets: quiet countryside yet close to city life, 20 minutes from Lille...Bruges and Brussels around 1 hour away.

Just outside the village of Coutiches, on a main road, this guest house is housed in an old Flemish-style country house.

The 12m² "Tilia" room is on the first floor and features a 140x190cm bed, a 75x75cm vintage shower cubicle, and a separate toilet with a sanibiroyeur.

On the first floor, you'll find the breakfast room and a kitchenette. Breakfast is served every morning, and consists mainly of local produce. You can also enjoy birdwatching in the 1000 m² fully enclosed communal garden. Private parking in front of the house. Bicycles available.
