105 m² house adjoining the town hall. Private enclosed grounds of 400 m².

First floor: dining room/kitchen (4 hotplates on stove with oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and kettle), living room.
Half-level: shower room with corner shower cubicle and WC. En-suite bathroom. WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140x190, two with 2 beds 90x190 each.

Arrival day free. Oil-fired heating: €30/week from 01/05 to 30/09 and €60/week from 01/10 to 30/04, €10/weekend. Wood at extra charge. Parking available in the town hall parking lot.
Optional extras (bed linen, towels, cleaning, energy charges and wood) will be managed directly on site.
Sheet hire: €8 per pair, bathroom linen: €5/person, end-of-stay cleaning: €50. Wood basket: 2€.
