We offer a charming Champagne-style gîte for 10 people, 7 km from Lac du Der Chantecoq in Giffaumont.

Summer: come and enjoy the lake with its many beaches, water sports, cycle path and, for nature lovers, forest walks, the Outines ponds and its diversity.
Autumn and winter: come and discover the spectacle offered by the cranes and wild geese that stay by the tens of thousands around the lake from October 15 to February 15.
The curious can visit the abbey church, the national stud farm or even the brewery in Montier-en-Der, the nearest town with all amenities.
You can also take advantage of our nature and our magnificent heritage by following the circuit of timber-framed churches, or by exploring the Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park.
Then head for the Côte des Bars to discover the vineyards along the Route Touristique du Champagne... as well as the Charles de Gaulle memorial at Colombey-les-deux-Eglises and the thrills of Nigloland.
And why not retrace Napoleon's steps at the Brienne-le-Château museum and follow the waterways of our "Venise Verte", the little village of Soulaines Dhuy.
Our region is brimming with treasures, and our gîte is ideally situated for soaking them up.

Ground floor: Fitted kitchen and dining room, TV room with sofa bed (BZ), 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 140cm bed, 1 bedroom with 4 90cm beds, separate shower room and toilet.
Outside: 1750 m² wooded park with children's swing, ping-pong table, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
