Sylvie and Philippe welcome you to this modern house in the heart of a charming village in Alsace, halfway between Colmar and Mulhouse. You will stay in peace in the Alsatian plain, bordered by the Rhine to the east and the Vosges to the west.

The house, built in 2020, can accommodate up to 6 people, it has a garden with terrace and a carport. Inside, the ground floor is a large living room of 45m², comprising: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, extractor, dishwasher and kitchen appliances etc ...), a living room that can comfortably accommodate 6 people and the living room. Separate WCs and a storage room are also accessible on this level.

Upstairs, the night area with 3 bedrooms (sheets are included in your rental):

• bedroom 1: 180 * 200cm bed and storage.

• bedroom 2: 160 * 200cm bed and storage.

• bedroom 3: 2 beds of 80 * 200cm, can be assembled and storage.

The bedding has been carefully chosen in a specialized store for your comfort. A bathroom with shower, sink and WC complete this level.

The cottage has WIFI by fiber optic, you will also have all the equipment useful for your stay including a washer-dryer, user-friendly devices (barbecue, raclette, fondue), a relaxation area on the terrace ...

Your cottage is located about 20 km from Colmar, 16 km from Mulhouse, 5 km from the Parc du Petit Prince and the Alsace Ecomuseum in Ungersheim, two must-see places in the department to do with the family. And finally about 75 km from Europa Park for a day trip.

In the village you will find all the amenities: bakery, butcher, mini market, tobacco shop, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, bank. In Ensisheim, a town about 4 km away, you have several restaurants and pizzeria service with home delivery.

A second detached house a few meters away is available with the same configuration, depending on availability you can rent them at the same time to double the capacity in person, i.e. up to 12 people.
