This spacious stone house has been tastefully renovated and decorated with wood, stone and natural colors to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Les Riceys, a town of character (3 km), Maison de Renoir in Essoyes, hiking trails, wine tasting and cellar visits... 30 min away: lakes and Parc Naturel de la Forêt d'Orient (swimming, water sports, accrobranches...). 40 min: Nigloland amusement park, Clairvaux Abbey. 50 min: city of Troyes (cathedral, museums, factory outlets). For safety reasons and lack of suitable equipment, it is strictly forbidden to recharge an electric vehicle in this gîte (charging points less than 5 km away in Les Riceys and Neuville sur Seine).

First floor: large living room with dining area and sitting area, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with PMR-accessible bathroom (room opening onto garden), 2 WCs. Upstairs, 1 bedroom sleeping 4 with bathroom facilities (1 double bed + 2 single beds), 1 double bedroom communicating with another double bedroom, shared bathroom facilities, 1 double bedroom communicating with a triple bedroom (1 single bed and 1 double bed), shared bathroom facilities. Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden with garden furniture (access from the ground-floor bedroom), plancha, deckchairs, relaxation lounge, private parking in front of the gite surrounded by a fence, pétanque. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Utilities and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
