In the heart of the Niolu mountains and at the exit of the village of Castirla, 1 guest room on the ground floor of the owners' house.
Breakfasts are served on the veranda. They are made up of hot drinks, squeezed fruit juice, bread, butter, homemade jam, ham, cheese, faisselle with homemade raspberry coulis, homemade pastries (at least 2), fruit salad.
This guest house offers the table d'hôtes, on reservation directly with the owner, for 34 € / person. A guarantee of exchanges and conviviality, the table d'hôtes is a unique menu around a common table, in the company of the owners. The owner offers refined cuisine, based on local products and from her garden, and certain dishes cooked over a wood fire. It is necessary to inform the owners if you choose this formula, for one evening or for the entire duration of your stay.

5/5Nur wenige Kilometer entfernt von Corte liegt dieses Anwesen allein und hoch in den Bergen. Das Panorama ist einzigartig. Die Stille ebenso. Dennoch ist das Haus bequem und unkompliziert mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Das wohnliche Zimmer liegt separat und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Das Frühstück wird in einem Wintergarten eingenommen, der einen traumhaften Blick über das sehr schön angelegte Grundstück und über die Umgebung eröffnet.
Das Frühstück ist absolut großartig. Auf jeden Fall und dringend empfehlen wir, den angebotenen table d'hotes mitzubuchen, denn Madame ist eine fantastische Köchin, der es durch ihre Leidenschaft gelingt, Gäste für die korsische Küche zu begeistern. Die Philosophie ihres Kochens beruht auf regional, saisonal, nachhaltig und biologisch angebauten Lebensmitteln.
Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Beide sind auf sehr angenehme Art engagiert, ihren Gästen ein tiefergehendes Verständnis für die Insel, die Schönkeiten der Landschaft und der gesellschaftlichen Bedingungen Korsikas nahezubringen. Auch das macht diese Unterkunft ganz besonders.
Für die anregende Konversation hätten wir uns gewünscht, über ein besseres Französisch zu verfügen.

5/5Un séjour parfait dans un cadre magnifique! La vue est superbe, la chambre moderne, très confortable et au calme. Un accueil chaleureux, et une cuisine délicieuse (dîner + petit-déjeuner pris sur place).
Le seul point non précisé dans l'annonce : l'accès au jacuczzi coûte 5 €.

Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de me laisser un avis et je suis ravie de savoir que votre séjour dans mon hébergement a été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant le jacuzzi, je vais mettre à jour les fiches tarifaires disponibles à l'intérieur des chambres en supprimant la mention de 5 euros, car son accès restera gratuit jusqu'à la fin de l'année 2022. Un diner pris en supplement digne d'un restaurant, et un petit dejeuner vraiment très copieux et tout est fait maison par Marie chantal.
