Welcome to the gîte, part of the history of the Loire Valley! Its modern decor, large landscaped garden, heated swimming pool and shared jacuzzi make it a great place to live!

You're entering a place steeped in history... The gîte is located on a former winegrowing estate that was once home to the monks of the bishopric of Meung-sur-Loire.

This 4-person semi-detached gîte has been brought up to date and is located in the outbuilding of the main building.
First floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, 1 master bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm) and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to a small air-conditioned sleeping area, with 2 beds 90x190 cm, suitable for children or young adults (who can't stand up).
Its modern furnishings and decor make it a great place to live.

A private garden accessible from the bedroom lets you enjoy the sun in complete privacy, as well as barbecues on a gas plancha.
Its roof terrace (accessible via a miller's ladder) offers an unobstructed view over the courtyard and the estate.
The swimming pool (7m long x 3.5m wide x 1.40m deep) is heated from May to mid-October. The jacuzzi is available for an hour's relaxation.
This relaxation area is available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is shared with a second dwelling for up to 4 people, giving everyone the opportunity to bathe according to their own schedule...
The large shared landscaped garden offers a number of quiet spots with terraces and garden furniture, where you can enjoy a picnic in peace and quiet, or in the shade of the tall trees by our river...

Outside, you can also enjoy children's games, a swing and a ping-pong table,

Beds made for your arrival and towels provided (pool towels and bathrobes are not included).

Baby equipment on request: high chair, cot, changing mat and bathtub.
