Le Gîte de la Place

In the heart of the village, our gîte is located not far from the market square and all the shops. Across the street, you'll find a grocery store and tobacconist, a pharmacy, a bakery and a restaurant-bar, as well as 2 free public parking lots. A rich and lively town center that brings life to this bucolic neighborhood. There's plenty to do in the surrounding area: the Château de Sully-sur-Loire, the Carolingian Oratory at Germigny-des-Prés, a traditional boat trip at Sigloy... When it comes to walking, you'll love the hiking trails that pass through the village, such as the PR le Sentier de l'Âne and the PR du Grand Tour des Bordes.

Inside, the gîte has been completely refurbished and offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
On the first floor, you'll find the entrance with the living room, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs, two adjoining bedrooms, each with two single beds 90x200 cm (possibility of combining the 2 beds into a double bed in bedroom 2). The staircase may be a little steep for some people and not suitable for children.

Ideally located for workers (CNPE nuclear power plant, Swiss Krono, Framatome, Saint-Gobain and other companies). But you're all welcome, if you're just passing through or want to visit the surrounding area, this is the gîte for you too.

All included, cleaning, sheets, towels. Utilities included.

Free public parking outside.
Pets are welcome with a supplement of 5€ per pet per night) but please no garden or outside (clean and non-destructive pets). Parties are not allowed.
