La Ferme Gâtinaise

Come and discover the Gâtinais region and its heritage, relax with the family or enjoy a festive occasion, welcome to the Ferme Gâtinaise gîte located 1h30 from Paris on the A6 and 1 hour from Orléans. Set in the heart of the plain and 2 km from the Montargis national forest, this large, comfortable gîte sleeps 13 people and is housed in the buildings of an old farmhouse. The gite is rented with the adjoining 170 m² hall, which can accommodate 100 people. Gîte + room + pantry: Weekend rate from Friday 4pm to Monday 12am. Weekends + public holidays, Christmas week and New Year's Day, please contact us. The hall cannot be rented separately from the gîte. For all other requests, please contact us for a quote based on your requirements.

First floor: entrance with checkroom, large 42 m² living room with lounge/dining area (sofa, TV, two large oval tables and chairs), fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge), 2 bedrooms: the "orchid" bedroom with a 140cm bed and the "butterfly" bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, shower room (Italian shower), wc.

Upstairs: reading area, 3 bedrooms: the "nature" bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), the "Paris" bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), the "les dames" bedroom with one single bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm). WC, shower room.

Outside: The 130 m² terrace and open barn are ideal for hosting your guests at the vin d'honneur, rain or shine. A flower-filled courtyard and large grassy area to delight young and old alike. Ample parking.

Sheet hire 10€/bed or 100€ for the whole gite (fitted sheet, comforter cover and pillowcase). End-of-stay cleaning package for gîte + room: 230€, Heating package from November 1 to April 30: 68€/weekend. Crockery hire for room: 20€/stay.

Price includes: water and electricity.
Baby equipment available: high chair, cot, changing mat, blender or food processor.
