ASINARIAS et ROSE à Saint Denis en Val en Val de Loire

5 km from Orléans, two gîtes offering lounges, dining rooms, kitchens and games rooms. Five bedrooms for up to 12 people. Everyone can meet up and dine in the large gîte. Outside, ping-pong, children's games... Everything is provided: toilet paper, tea towels, paper towels, dishwasher tablets. Beds made on arrival, heating, electricity and cleaning included.

The ASINARIAS gîte (100 m²) comprises a living-dining room and a fully-equipped, wheelchair-accessible kitchen. The living-dining room opens onto a private terrace overlooking the fields and our pond. For everyone's convenience, the front courtyard of our property remains private.
This gîte has 4 bedrooms (two are adjoining), each with private shower room and toilet for everyone's comfort.
- Chambre Rose : 1 bed 140x190, 1 duo lounge, 1 closet, 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC.
- Chambre Anis (accessible to people with reduced mobility): 1 bed 160x200, 1 table, 1 wardrobe, 1 shower room with washbasin and WC, private terrace.
- Chambre Beige-Kaki (2 rooms in a row): 1 bed 140x190 with chest of drawers, 1 bed 160x200, 1 wardrobe, a cupboard, a shower room with toilet and washbasin.

The ROSE gîte (80 m²) includes a living room (HI-FI, TV, DVD loan, games), a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is no dishwasher. All cleaning products are supplied, ecological of course. Tea towels provided.
The gîte includes a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer: washing powder is provided.
A large bedroom with two separate beds: 2 x 80cm beds (which we can put together to make a 160cm bed) and a 140cm bed (with the option of an extra 90cm bed). Of course, shower room and toilet!
A private, south-facing courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue lets you enjoy the sunshine and peace and quiet.


Possibility of parking your car in the shelter for several days (4€/day); Possibility of parking bicycles.

Heating, electricity, bed linen and cleaning included in the price. Towels extra.
Professional customers are not accepted in the accommodation.

Baby equipment available: high chair and cot.
Weekend rental 2 nights minimum from 6pm to 6pm.
