5/5Séjour très agréable avec un temps magnifique, gîte tranquille avec tout le confort à la campagne avec toute facilité pour circuler dans la région. Beaucoup de choses à voir : châteaux, zoo, forêt, champignonnière, jeux pour les enfants, marchés.

Lovely rural gite with lots of outside space
5/5Muriel and Yann are wonderful hosts, very welcoming and able to converse fluently in English (thank goodness as our French was way under par).
The gite is located on the outskirts of Saint Romain Sur Cher on a quiet country lane and is approached down a private driveway off the road. It has a wonderful kitchen/dining room which is fully stocked with everything you could ever want. The fitted dishwasher was used many times to keep ontop of the dishes. There's a washing machine and tumble drier in the utility room too. The lounge is cosy with two sofas and extra seats, with french doors out onto a patio area with comfortable seating and dining table and chairs for outdoor dining. There's a double bedroom downstairs with an adjacent bathroom and a separate toilet nearby. Upstairs is another double bedroom, bathroom and another bedroom with single bunk beds.
