This 190m² gîte is an authentic Loire Valley winegrower's farmhouse, entirely renovated in 2020. Ideally located in the heart of the most beautiful Châteaux of the Loire (Blois, Chambord, Cheverny...) and close to leisure activities (ZooParc de Beauval, Maison de la Magie, Canoë...). You'll also enjoy the enclosed garden and its facilities. In a quiet location, not far from the forest and 3km from the Loire, but also close to numerous shops and restaurants. It's the perfect place to spend a wonderful time with family and friends. On request: babysitting, wine tasting.

You'll find a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge, as well as a beautiful room with TV lounge and library. Sleeping facilities include 5 bedrooms (doubles and triples), 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs. You'll enjoy our enclosed garden with its facilities: garden, secure heated swimming pool (mid-April to mid-September), terraces, courtyard, covered play area with ping-pong table, henhouse, enclosed bike room and private parking. Our rates include sheets (beds made up), household linen (tea towels), basic groceries, heating, end-of-stay cleaning in bedrooms and bathrooms. Possibility of renting towels (large towel, small towel, bath mat and hand towel) (€5/person). Leisure facilities at your disposal: Private above-ground wooden swimming pool (6.70 m x 4 m, 1.30 m high for safety, 1 m deep). Table tennis. Board games, books, DVDs, toys... Non-smoking accommodation.
