L'Atelier

Located in the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne and Berry, the Saint Victor La Grand' Maison estate enjoys an authentic setting overlooking a small river nestled between the châteaux of the Loire and the foothills of the Massif Central. L'Atelier is a studio set between courtyard and river, framed by bay windows in harmonious shades of beige, wood and glass. This large studio (approx. 40m2) is a transparent space on the first floor, with a kitchen opening onto the living room and a double bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed) - separate toilet. Possibility of child's bed.

The manor's shared swimming pool is 100m away and open from 10am to 7pm. Please note that the towels you will find in your accommodation are bath towels and must not be used for swimming. Pool towels are available on request.

It is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. All equipment is brand new. You can use the property's washing machine for €3 per load.

This studio is rented bed made and towels and table linen for 2 adults are provided.

Crockery and cutlery are provided, as well as kitchen utensils - pots, pans, baking dishes - and sheets, comforters, covers and towels for 2 adults.
