Séjour calme et reposant
4/5Maison spacieuse,calme, environnement arboré, soigné avec beaucoup d'espace .En revanche intérieur sombre et manque de ventilation.

Nous vous remercions chaleureusement de votre commentaire. Les 2 pièces du Rdc sont équipées, chacune, d'une large baie vitrée et d'une porte fenêtre, toutes ces huisseries ouvrantes quant aux chambres à l'étage, chacune possède un châssis de toit ouvrant. Difficile de manquer, objectivement, de ventilation sauf si ces ouvrants sont maintenus fermés. Certes, les arbres et les haies peuvent empêcher la lumière d'entrer dans les pièces mais ils ont été volontairement plantés ainsi pour permettre de garder sa fraicheur à tout le bâtiment et ne surtout pas avoir recours à une climatisation qui ne respecterait pas la démarche développement durable dans laquelle nous sommes inscrits.
