Between Tours (16 km) and Amboise (8 km), Noizay is at the heart of the famous Vouvray vineyards, making it an ideal destination for exploring the chateaux of the Loire Valley: in addition to the Château Royal d'Amboise, Chenonceau, Chaumont and its gardens, as well as Cheverny and Chambord, are all within easy reach of the gîte. There are also a number of good wine cellars in the area, where you can sample the famous Vouvray wines (sparkling or still, dry or sweet). Nearby, there are plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy, including Beauval zoo, Touraine aquarium, Parc mini-Châteaux, hot-air ballooning, canoeing, accrobranche, mini-golf, guinguette on the banks of the Loire, etc... The gîte is located in the village and is the perfect place to get together with friends or family for a stay or a weekend. Young and old alike will appreciate the heated, secure swimming pool, which will be one of the best memories of your vacation in Touraine.
