Ground floor: living room of 31 m² (sofas, TV, Fiber-WIFI, etc.) and living room/equipped kitchen of 32 m² sharing a double-sided fireplace integrated in the wall adjoining the living room, 1st bdrm (bed 180=2x90), 2nd bdrm (bed 180=2x90), 3rd bdrm(bed 140), 2 shower rooms with toilet Floor:4th bdrm(bed 140), 5th bdrm (bed 140+baby bed), toilet (sink/wc), 6th bdrm(shower/wc and 5 beds 90). Games room 40 m² with TV, sofas and games. Electric heating (included from October to March). Private enclosed garden of 700 m², secure heated swimming pool (from May to September). Electricity included. Firewood included (up to 10 compressed logs). Tourism and Handicap label. Animals paying 25 € per stay per animal. INFORMATION ABOUT THE SWIMMING POOL: available exclusively to tenants, OPEN from April to October, heated from May to September. Accessible to the handicapped by a hydraulic seat. Length x width x depth: 8 x 4 x 1.50 meters16 km from Tours and 8 km from Amboise, Noizay is at the heart of the famous wine growing region of Vouvray and is a dream destination for those wishing to discover the Loire Châteaux. As well as the Royal Châteaux of Amboise, Chenonceau with its impressive arches spanning the river Cher and Chaumont with its gardens, Cheverny and Chambord are also not far from the gîte. In the surrounding area there are several good wine cellars where you can taste the famous Vouvray wines (still or sparkling, dry or sweet). The gîte is situated in the village and is an ideal location for a get together with friends or family over a weekend or longer. Children and adults will love bathing in the natural, safe swimming pool, sure to leave you with some of the best memories of your holiday in Touraine.

Un séjour au top !
5/5Notre séjour fut excellent et les avis sont unanimes.
La maison est très bien située, beaucoup d'activités sont à faire pour petits et grands (châteaux, vignobles, guingette, mini golf, marché d'Amboise...)
Elle est très bien équipée et très propre. Elle est assez spacieuse pour notre grande famille de 14 personnes.
La piscine est très agréable, et l'accès pour personne à mobilité réduite est un vrai plus.

5/5Un énorme merci à ces merveilleux hôtes qui nous ont accueilli, ils sont très sympas et arrangeants, rien à dire si ce n'est encore merci !!!
Gîte très bien équipé, il ne manque de rien, fonctionnel, confortable, très spacieux et bien lumineux, au top.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, au calme, un vrai bonheur, je recommande vivement ce gîte inoubliable...

Nous étions 9 adultes et 4 enfants.

Tribulations en Loire
4/5Région idéale pour séjour avec enfants, ados et amis vu richesse du patrimoine et des paysages. Gîte lumineux, confortable, bien équipé. Un petit souhait: la piscine n'était pas chauffée à notre arrivée et est restée bien froide jusqu'au milieu du séjour. Ma petite fille intrépide est la seule à avoir pu en profiter toute la semaine.

Un bon choix !
4/5La maison correspondait parfaitement pour un séjour de 3 jours à 15 personnes. Les chambres sont confortables et il ne manque rien en ce qui concerne la cuisine.De plus la situation géographique est idéale car de nombreux sites sont proches de Noizay.
