Set back, the gîte offers a private 1000 m² garden with orchard and private above-ground swimming pool heated by a solar panel. Ground floor: living room/kitchen (WIFI access), 1st bedroom (160cm bed), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds on ground floor that can be joined together), bathroom (2 basins and Italian shower), separate WC. Electricity and heating included in the price. Free cot and baby equipment on request. POOL OPENING: 1/06 to 30/09, weather permitting. Tourist tax not included: €1,10/day/adult. Sauna extra: €15 for 1 or 2 adults. No smoking. End-of-stay cleaning package available (€70). The gîte will be returned in good condition and the kitchen tidy. If you do the cleaning, the gîte must be very clean, otherwise the cleaning deposit will be retained. Deposit of 250€ + 70€ for cleaning package returned within 8 days of departure.
