On the borders of Touraine and Sarthe, everything here is designed to turn your stay into a pure vacation. The heated swimming pool, which can be shared with a second gite, will help to make your days a combination of wonderful moments of well-being, from which you'll emerge relaxed, rested and serene. You can also book (at extra cost) the services of a beautician, massages (relaxing, non-therapeutic), or a caterer for your meals. In fine weather, the landscaped garden is the perfect setting for barbecued lunches or dinners, reading... or shady siestas! Between the Châteaux de la Loire to the south and the Zoo de la Flêche to the north, there are plenty of opportunities to spend a day discovering these tourist attractions.

This beautifully restored house welcomes you for vacations that are 100% pleasure: heated swimming pool and 4-seater spa (suppl of 100€) to share with the second gite! The gîte has Tourisme et Handicap certification (swimming pool not suitable for the disabled). Ground floor: living/dining room/equipped kitchen (fireplace/stove with wood invoicing according to quantity consumed: €70/stove), 1st bedroom (bed 140), shower room/wc. Floor: 2nd bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), 3rd bedroom (160cm bed), shower room, wc. WIFI. Electric heating (extra according to meter). Private 500 m² enclosed garden (part enclosed by hedges), bicycle shed. Play area with swing and slide (wooden gantry) shared with second gîte. SWIMMING POOL OPENING: 02/05 to 30/09 (weather permitting). No smoking.
