The Holiday cottage allows each guest to enjoy both spacious communal areas and their own privacy. On the first floor, you'll find two independent single-storey modules, each equipped with a 160 cm bed that can be converted into two 80 cm beds, a private bathroom with WC, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The first floor features a large, warm and friendly living room and a fully-equipped main kitchen, making it easy to share meals with other guests. Upstairs, five comfortable bedrooms welcome you, each with its own private shower room, private WC, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The rooms are named after the region's famous vineyards: Reuilly, Quincy, Valençay, Sancerre and Menetou-Salon. Bed linen and towels are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Ideally located, the Holiday cottage is in the immediate vicinity of Bourges, European Capital of Culture 2028, a City of Art and History renowned for its Cathedral of Saint-Étienne (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Palais Jacques Cœur, its marshes and its famous Printemps de Bourges festival. The Holiday cottage is just five minutes from the A71 freeway exit, with easy access to the center of Bourges thanks to the free bus network (stop opposite the Holiday cottage). You'll also benefit from private, enclosed parking and all the shops within walking distance: bakery, restaurant, bar, pharmacy and supermarket. Outside, a large wooded park of 1,000 m² is ideal for outdoor meals, relaxation and socializing with family and friends in a calm, green environment (garden furniture, parasols, tables and chairs, barbecue, kids' games). This Holiday cottage is ideal for large families, groups of friends, business travelers or pilgrims in search of comfort and tranquility.

All rooms are air-conditioned, with private bathroom and WC. Bathroom linen provided - beds made up on arrival - toiletries supplied (soap etc...).
