This vacation rental is divided into 5 accommodations and is designed to accommodate up to 15 people.
On the ground floor: 1 apartment (56G11644), designed to simplify the stay of people with reduced mobility, for 2 people with 1 bedroom (2 90x200 beds), shower room/WC, kitchen overlooking the veranda and you will cook meals for your entire tribe!
On the 1st floor: 2 apartments with balcony: the first (56G11642) for 2 people with 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), a kitchen/living room, a shower room/WC; the second (56G11643) for 4 people with 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed, 2 90x190 beds including 1 bunk), a shower room/WC and a balcony.
On the 2nd floor: 2 lofts (56G11640 and 56G11641) each comprising: a living room with fitted kitchen/living room/lounge with 1 bedroom in an alcove with 1 160x200 bed and 2 90 cm beds located in a small mezzanine (steep stairs), a bathroom with WC. At the entrance to Locmariaquer is the "Ty Kabiten" (the 'captain's house' in Breton). This beautiful residence and its large garden are open to the sea, a haven of peace. It offers you an exceptional view of the Gulf of Morbihan, with the sailboats that sail there. The assets of Locmariaquer? The beauty of the landscapes of the peninsula, the richness of the heritage, the large choice of activities, but also its microclimate!

On the ground floor you can enjoy a large living room (with television, home cinema and wifi), a beautiful veranda and a sea view terrace, a laundry room.
